Thanks to Laurens on Threads for mentioning Norton Utilities for DOS

Back in the pre-Windows days when your computer booted straight into a blinking cursor, Norton Utilities for DOS was a lifesaver. First launched in 1982 by Peter Norton, this suite of tools was like a Swiss Army knife for your PC—it let you recover deleted files, fix directory errors, defragment your hard drive, and generally keep your system from falling apart. Version 4.5 in 1987 introduced the now-iconic “UnErase” and “Speed Disk” utilities, which were total game-changers. By the time version 6.0 hit in 1991, it was basically a must-have for anyone serious about maintaining their DOS setup. No internet. No auto-repair. If your PC crashed, you either had Norton... or you were screwed.
